  • If you’re sending flowers to more than one person then they must be placed as separate orders as we don’t have the option to add more than one delivery address at checkout.

  • When ordering flowers, do try to choose a date and time that will be convenient for the recipient. If the recipient isn’t home then our driver will make a decision on what to do next. In any of these instances a card will be put through the door with details of where the recipient can find their delivery, along with our contact details should they have any questions. The options are to leave the flowers with a neighbour, leave in a safe place or return to the shop where we will wait to hear from the recipient. We will then redeliver at a time that suits.

If you can provide us with a designated safe spot and/or the recipients phone number at the time of ordering then this can help ensure delivery runs as smoothly as possible!

  • We do as much as we can to ensure your flowers last as long as possible, from buying high grade flowers, to hand conditioning every stem. However, there are still things you should do upon receiving flowers to help them last.

    1) Make sure your vase is clean. Make sure to clean with an antibacterial or sterilising solution to get rid of any bacteria that could impact the life of your flowers. Give the vase a good scrub and a rinse with clean water before filling with fresh water and flower food.

    2) Trim 1-2cm off your stems at a sharp angle.

    3) Check that there are no leaves under the water line as this speeds up the growth of bacteria in the water.

    4) Change the water regularly and ensure the vase never runs dry.

    5) Display your flowers somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.

    6) Remove tired stems from the vase when necessary.

  • Absolutely! While there is the option to order flowers online, you are more than welcome to either give us a call or visit one of our shops to browse our selection and pick out the colours and flowers yourself! Don’t worry, you won’t be alone, our expert staff will be there to offer as little or as much guidance as you’d like.

  • As well as creating a beautiful and memorable floral tribute, our job is to take some stress out of the process of ordering funeral flowers. So, once you’ve placed your order there is nothing more you need to do. It’s in our hands.

Once you have placed your order we check over all of the details to ensure nothing has been missed. We then contact the funeral director that is dealing with the service and confirm the date and check a delivery time. When the time comes to make up your order we carefully arrange your flowers, attach any cards or extras and then hand deliver to the funeral directors on your behalf.

  • Our standard delivery charges will be applied for orders of funeral flowers. One delivery charge will be applied per order, not per item.

Please note, only local deliveries can be placed online, this includes funeral tributes. Please contact us to discuss deliveries outside of our local area.

  • While we do buy some of our frames from suppliers, a majority of the frames that are available to buy are not only costly, but also have plastic bases* and are more restricted in terms of sizes and shapes.

By making our own frames we are able to offer tributes that are far more cost efficient, have less environmental impact and allow for a vast amount of customisation to ensure that we can make beautiful funeral flowers to suit all budgets and to offer tributes that are truly unique.

*It is important to note that over the last year our suppliers have taken steps to start producing 100% recycled plastic bases which is a huge step in the right direction! We will still continue to make a large amount of our frames ourselves but it feels great to know that any plastic bases we do need to use will be 100% recycled!
